Copyright & DMCA Notice
Last Updated: September 26, 2026
Thank you for visiting Archana Academy. We put a lot of effort into creating original study material and educational content. Please read this notice carefully to understand how our content may and may not be used, and how it differs from any third-party names or material we refer to.
1. Copyright — Our Original Content
All original content included on the Site (archanaacademy.com) — such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, articles, notes, solved papers, assignments, and PDFs that we have written or prepared, digital downloads, data compilations, and the Site’s own software — is the property of Archana Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and international copyright laws.
In particular, our original content includes:
- Notes, summaries, and study guides written by Archana Academy’s own authors and tutors.
- Independently prepared explanations, sample answers, and solutions to previous year and assignment questions.
- Original current affairs and education articles.
- The specific formatting, structure, and compilation/arrangement of our study material.
The compilation of all such content on the Site is the exclusive property of Archana Academy. Archana Academy does not claim ownership of official question papers, syllabi, notifications, or other material actually issued by any university, board, or government body — see Section 4 for how we treat that kind of third-party material.
2. Copyright Notice
Copyright in this Website / Application and the original content described in Section 1 is owned by Archana Academy, founded by Miss Archana, with Mr. Ajay Raikvar as Co-Founder [hereinafter referred to as “the Owner”].
The Owner holds all rights in its original educational materials, study notes, solved papers, assignments, guides, current affairs articles, and other original material described above. Any unauthorized use, transmission, or publication of the same is strictly prohibited.
Any reproduction, publication, republication, adaptation, transformation, translation, or use in any form or media of this original content or any part thereof is strictly prohibited, save for your personal and non-commercial use only.
Any commercial reproduction, distribution, transmission, storing, or any other form of commercial exploitation of this original content, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited and is not permitted except with the express written permission of the Owner.
The Owner takes every instance of violation of its intellectual property rights very seriously. The Owner may, where necessary, take appropriate action against any infringing activity, including instituting legal proceedings to secure an injunction restraining the infringing activity, claiming monetary compensation and loss of profits, and pursuing the civil and criminal remedies available under the Copyright Act, 1957.
3. Paid and Premium Digital Products
Every paid or premium product on the Site (including study material, solved papers, assignments, previous year question paper solutions, and other digital downloads that we have created) is licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial study use only.
Without the Owner’s prior written permission, you must not:
- Share, forward, or upload the product or any part of it on WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Drive, social media, YouTube, file-sharing sites, or any other platform.
- Resell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the product, whether for a fee or free of charge.
- Remove or alter any watermark, logo, copyright notice, or identifying mark.
- Share your account access or download links with any other person.
Access to the product may be withdrawn without refund in case of a violation of these terms.
4. Third-Party Content, Trademarks, and Institutional References
The names, logos, and marks of universities and other institutions, as well as their original question papers, syllabi, and official publications, belong to their respective owners. Archana Academy does not claim any ownership over these names, logos, or official source materials.
References to universities, institutions, examinations, courses, and course codes on this Site are provided for educational identification/reference purposes only and do not imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or authorization. Archana Academy is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any university, examination board, or other institution referenced on this Site, unless expressly stated.
Where Site content refers to or is based on government notifications, official websites, or other published sources, that source material remains the property of its respective owners. The Owner’s copyright extends only to its own original content, as described in Section 1 — including solutions, notes, explanations, commentary, translations, layout, and the compilation and arrangement of material — and not to the underlying official questions, syllabi, or notifications themselves.
5. Electronic Communications
When the User visits the Site or sends e-mails to Archana Academy, the User is communicating with Archana Academy electronically. The User consents to receive communications from Archana Academy electronically. Archana Academy will communicate with the User by e-mail or by posting notices on the Site. The User agrees that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that Archana Academy provides to the User electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
6. Copyright Infringement Notice-and-Takedown Procedure
Archana Academy is based in India and its rights in its original content are primarily governed by the Copyright Act, 1957. As a matter of good practice for handling online infringement reports, we also follow a notice-and-takedown procedure modeled on the approach used under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). Reports and counter-notices should be sent to our Designated Agent, whose contact details are in Section 7.
It is Archana Academy’s policy to:
- Block access to or remove content that it believes in good faith to be copyrighted material that has been illegally copied and distributed by any of its advertisers, affiliates, content providers, members, or users; and
- Remove and discontinue service to repeat offenders.
Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content residing on or accessible through the Archana Academy Service infringes a copyright, please send a notice of copyright infringement containing the following information to the Designated Agent (Section 7):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the work or materials being infringed.
- Identification of the content that is claimed to be infringing, including information regarding its location on the Site, with sufficient detail so that Archana Academy is able to find and verify its existence.
- Contact information of the notifier, including address, telephone number, and, if available, e-mail address.
- A statement that the notifier has a good faith belief that the use of the content is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that the notifying party is authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.
Please note that knowingly making a false or misleading claim of infringement may expose the notifier to legal liability.
Once a Proper Infringement Notification Is Received
It is Archana Academy’s policy to:
- Remove or disable access to the infringing content.
- Notify the content provider, member, or user that it has removed or disabled access to the content.
- Remove the infringing content from the system in the case of repeat offenders.
- Terminate such content provider’s, member’s, or user’s access to the service.
Procedure to Supply a Counter-Notice
If the content provider, member, or user believes that the content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that they have the right to post and use such content from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, they must send a counter-notice containing the following information to the Designated Agent (Section 7):
- A physical or electronic signature of the content provider, member, or user.
- Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement that the content provider, member, or user has a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or a misidentification of the content.
- The content provider’s, member’s, or user’s name, address, telephone number, and, if available, e-mail address, together with a statement that such person or entity consents to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Archana Academy’s place of business in India, and will accept service of process from the person who provided the notification of the alleged infringement.
If a counter-notice is received by the Designated Agent, Archana Academy may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party, informing that person that it may replace the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed content may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at Archana Academy’s discretion.
