Shipping and Delivery Policy

Welcome to Archana Academy. Archana Academy primarily provides digital educational products. No physical shipment is required for digital products, unless a product is explicitly identified as a physical product. Because of this, our delivery process is completely digital, fast, and hassle-free.

1. No Physical Shipping for Digital Products

Please note that all our products currently listed on the website — such as PDF notes, solved papers, assignments, Previous Year Questions (PYQs), and study guides — are digital products. Unless a specific product page states otherwise, we do not print, pack, or ship any physical books, CDs, or documents to your home or physical address, and no courier or postal service is involved in delivering them.

2. Digital Delivery Method

Your purchased digital materials will be delivered to you electronically. You can access your files in three ways:

• Instant Screen Download: As soon as your payment is successfully processed, a download link will immediately appear on your checkout “Thank You” screen.
• Email Delivery: An automated email containing the invoice and direct download links will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
• My Account Dashboard: If you created an account on our website before or during checkout, you can log in at any time, navigate to the “Downloads” section, and access all your purchased files.

3. How Delivery Works, Step by Step

To make it clear what happens between checkout and receiving your files, here are the four stages of an order:

1. Payment confirmation: Your bank or payment provider confirms that your payment has gone through successfully.
2. Order processing: Our system automatically registers the order against your account/email — this normally happens within seconds of payment confirmation.
3. Digital delivery: The download link is generated and made available on the “Thank You” screen, sent to your email, and added to your account’s Downloads section (see Section 2).
4. Customer access: You open or download the file using any of the methods above. Access does not expire and can be repeated from your account at any time.

4. Delivery Timeframe

Digital delivery is instantaneous. You can expect to receive your download links immediately (within 1 to 5 minutes) after a successful transaction. Our system operates 24/7, meaning you can purchase and download study materials at any time of the day or night.

5. Technical Issues and Delays

While our digital delivery system is fully automated, occasional delays may happen due to bank server issues or email routing. Depending on what you’re experiencing, here’s what to do:

• Email not received: Please check your email’s Spam or Junk folder first, as automated emails are sometimes redirected there.
• Download link not received / payment status unclear: Ensure the payment was successfully deducted from your bank account and the order status is not showing as “Pending” or “Failed.” If the payment shows as failed or pending but the amount was deducted, the bank or payment provider usually reverses it automatically within 5 to 7 working days. If it is not reversed, please contact us with your Transaction ID.
• Account access fails: If you’re logged into your account but cannot see your purchase under “Downloads,” please contact us with your Transaction ID so we can check your order and re-link it to your account.
• Payment successful but product unavailable: If your payment was successful and you still cannot find your files after 15 minutes, please reach out to our support team with your Transaction ID, and we will manually send the files to you.
• Wrong email entered at checkout: Please contact us with your Transaction ID and payment proof. We will verify your order and send the files to the correct address.

6. Access Requirements and Personal Use

To open your files, you will need a device with a PDF reader and a stable internet connection to download them. Please also make sure the email address and phone number you enter at checkout are correct, as your delivery email is sent there.

Your purchased files are licensed for your personal, non-commercial study use only. Please do not share your download links or files with others. For details, see our Copyright and DMCA Notice.

7. If We Are Unable to Deliver

If we are unable to deliver your purchased product, or the file you receive is corrupted, incorrect, or materially different from its description, we will either send you the correct file or refund the amount as per our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are credited to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 working days.
