By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products and Services

• What we do: this store sells digital educational study material, including solved question papers, solved assignments, Previous Year Question (PYQ) answers, notes, and our own self-published e-books and other PDF study materials, mainly for IGNOU and RGPV students. Each product is a downloadable PDF file, sold as a one-time purchase. Payments made through this store’s payment gateway are for these digital products only. We also publish current affairs and education articles on our website for general information.
• All our products are entirely digital. We do not ship any physical goods or printed books to your physical address.
• What this store does not offer: at present, this store does not offer coaching or tutoring sessions, live classes, recorded video courses, subscriptions, certificates, or admission and exam-form services. If we introduce any paid course or service in the future, we will describe it clearly on the relevant page. Our other subdomains are separate from this store, and no payment for them is collected through this store’s payment gateway. Where this website uses the word “session”, it refers only to the exam session or academic session (for example, June 2026 or 2025-26) that a study material relates to.
• We try to describe every product as accurately as possible. Please read the product description, including the subject, exam session, and language, carefully before you buy.
• We reserve the right to modify the contents, prices, or descriptions of our digital products at any time without prior notice. Changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Access to a product is provided after your payment is successfully confirmed.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers/payment gateways.
• We do not store your credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or any sensitive bank details on our servers.

4. Shipping and Delivery Policy

• Because our products are digital (PDFs/e-books), there is no physical shipping involved.
• Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will instantly receive a download link on the checkout “Thank You” page.
• You will also receive an automated email containing the download links for your purchased materials. If you do not see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
• If you create an account on our website, you can access your downloaded files anytime from your “My Account” section.
• If your payment was successful but you did not receive access within a reasonable time, please contact us right away through our Contact Us page so that we can resolve it.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges, and an order cannot be cancelled once the product has been delivered.
• Refunds are available in cases of duplicate payment, payment deducted without access being provided, a corrupted or defective file that we cannot replace within 48 hours, a wrong product being delivered, or a product that is materially different from its description on our website.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. We acknowledge every request within 48 hours.
• In case of an approved refund, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 working days.

All study materials, notes, PDFs, and other content provided by Archana Academy are original compilations created or curated by Archana Academy and are protected by copyright. They are for your personal, educational use only. You may not resell, distribute, share, upload, or reproduce these materials for any commercial or public purpose, including on WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Drive, or social media, without our explicit written permission.

Any university, board, or institution names mentioned on this website (such as IGNOU or RGPV) are the trademarks or names of their respective owners, used only to identify the syllabus or exam our materials relate to. Their use does not imply any ownership claim by us over those names, nor any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by those institutions.
